The program changed my life.  Working with the DRA was very satisfying.  I mean, it was, at the end of this stretch, I have nothing but nice things to say about these people.  They were always pleasant, and they always had time to make answers for me, to tell me what was going on…  The best thing that the DRA did, was, they gave us the tools to be able to improve ourselves.
